Mount Carmel is a straight-up Blues Rock power trio. And by straight-up we mean sans revisionist three-dollar currency, Sub Pop grunge hybridization or ironic posturing. These guys have been weened on a diet almost steadfastly consisting of British Blues/Rock innovators: Peter Green-era Bluesbreakers, Cream and Ten Years After are immediately recognizable in their sound. This isn't a lark or something these guys are doing between noise projects-it's their life. Good, old-fashioned Rock 'n' Roll, plain and simple. Some folks never made time for Punk, just like you've always snubbed your nose at the drum solo. Hard to believe, right? But just because you didn't live through it the first time doesn't mean you're not doomed to repeat it.

Excellent Tool For Drilling Shelf Pin Holes
I had a project where I was extending the depth of the bottom half of a bookcase I had made out of pre-drilled MDF from Home Depot. The original bookcase was 11" deep x 10' high. The extended depth of the bottom is to be used to hold audio gear and needed to be 18" depth, front to rear. I was able to increase the depth but had to insert additional panels on the left and right so that shelf pins could be installed. I needed a shelf pin jig to do that, and this jig was perfect for the job.
After completing my holes and mounting some shelves I was pleased that the alignment with the inner portion of the shelf was perfect and the distance between holes lined up exactly as with the original panels from Home Depot.
The jig is high quality fabricated aluminum, not plastic, and it comes with two drill bits, and stop and Allen wrench, including an instruction manual, all in an attractive plastic case.
The jig is well worth the modest price and I would definitely recommend it for drilling shelf clip holes.
