This box includes two Prime Angus tomahawk steaks, each cut thick and weighing approximately 38 to 45 ounces. These are large, bone-in ribeye cuts meant to be shared and cooked with intention.
Cut from the rib section, the tomahawk delivers everything people expect from a ribeye. Deep marbling. Rich flavor. A juicy finish. The long rib bone is left intact for insulation during cooking and adds presence once the steak hits the board.
We cut these tomahawks from Prime-grade Angus beef raised on open pasture and handled with consistency from start to finish. Prime matters here. The size of this cut demands marbling that can hold up to longer cooking without drying out. When the beef is right, a tomahawk stays juicy from edge to center.
Each steak is hand-cut thick and wet aged to improve tenderness while preserving the structure of the meat. The bone helps regulate heat whether you finish over indirect fire or in the oven after a hard sear. This is not a steak to rush.
How many does it feed
One tomahawk typically feeds two to three people, depending on appetite and sides. This two-steak box is well suited for four to six people or for two separate steak nights.
