This used Shisato Prism shears is a high quality blending-thinning shear and has a great edge for smooth “razor” cutting. This Shisato Prism 3000 has 30 teeth and is 5½ inches with a comfortable offset handle design. It is only classified as used because a customer purchased it and then changed his mind. There is nothing wrong with it - like new! Only one available, so don't wait!
