Ocean Rock USA INC. doing business as Elementi, warrants Elementi fire features and accessories to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of such defects Elementi will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. The foregoing is at the discretion of Elementi.
There will be no charge for the replacement parts or product, however it will be the consumer’s responsibility to return the product to the original place of purchase. Elementi will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based and the warranty does not cover costs including freight, removal and reinstallation.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only for units that are for non-commercial personal use only.
Under this warranty agreement, all gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas fitter. Damage caused by shipping, staining and abuse are not covered under this warranty. Dings, dents and scratches, fading and natural weathering are not covered under this warranty. Decorative rock is not covered under this warranty. Improper installations, repair or modifications made by anyone other than Elementi will void this warranty and any damage caused by such is also not covered under this warranty.
Minor chipping, weather fading, water staining and non-structural hairline cracks are typical of the material of this product and are not covered under this warranty. Some color and texture variation is typical of the material and finish for this product and is not covered under this warranty.
Cast concrete is a hand finished process. As such, this product’s finish will vary by unit. There will be a color variance of up to 15% in each unit. There may also be uneven texture or pattern as well as small holes in the surface caused by air or water trapped on the surface during casting. This is a normal trait of cast concrete and is not covered under warranty.
Do you need specialist knowledge to set up the fire pit?No special expertise is required for the setup. However, since the fire pits are very heavy, we advise you to have one or more people help you set them up.
How hard is it to assemble?It’s very easy! Ten minutes would be enough. Please refer to Guide Book.
What material are the fire pits made of?Fiber concrete and eco-stone are used to manufacture our fire pits. These materials are particularly robust and ensure durability. Fiber concrete is concrete whose properties are optimized by adding fibers, for example to prevent the formation of cracks. Eco-Stone is made from natural inorganic mineral powder with the addition of high-quality plastics. Attractive appearance, high stability and low weight are the characteristics of this material. For product properties of the various fire pits, please refer to the information on the respective item.
Is the gas bottle integrated into the fire pit?The gas bottle cannot be integrated into all fire pits. In the case of fire pits, where possible, this is explicitly stated in the product description.
Is a hose and a pressure reducer included?Both the pressure reducer and the hose needed to connect to a gas cylinder are included.
Is the propane tank included?No, the propane tank is not included with this fire pit.

Can this fire pit use a direct line from a propane source? Not a small tank?This fire pit comes ready and equipped to connect to a 20 lb. LP gas tank. You will need a certified gas supplier or a local gas professional to come and reconfigure the gas connection in order to connect this to a plumbed propane line. Changing to the connection would void the warranty.
Do we need to have the fire pit connected to an electrical supply or outlet?The item does not require an electrical connection. It is a push button ignition that is battery powered.
The igniter says electric. Does it have to be plugged in to an electrical outlet or is it battery operated?It is AAA battery operated. The battery is located inside of the igniter.
Is the connection valve to the propane tank standard connection?Yes, the propane tank connection is a standard connection. Inlet connection: QCC (1.312”-5ACME)
Can the fire pit be left outside over the winter?Yes, it can stay outside over winter but should be covered with a weather hood.
Is this item winter proof / weatherproof?Yes, this item is made to be used outdoors. However, it should be covered during the winter months. And be sure to keep the bottom of the stove ventilated when in use.
Is the fire pit waterpoof or do you need a separate cover when it rains?The rain does not damage the fire pit much as it is designed for outdoor use. However, we recommend using either a protective hood or a cover for general protection.
Can this fire table be stored outside safely with the protective cover on in a cold climate during the winter months?We recommend that you detach the propane tank, cover the item and store the unit in an enclosed area. This will help protect it from cold weather conditions.
Can the fire pit be use indoors?No, the fire pits are only intended for outdoor use, as CO2 poisoning can result in closed rooms.
I am concerned about rain water getting inside the item. Does the lid make it water-proof or do I need to buy a separate cover for it?This product is designed for outdoor use, so a little rain shouldn't be too much trouble. But we suggest that you use a cover to protect the table when it is not in use. A cover will keep leaves and dirt out of the lava rock or fire glass.
Can the fire pit be placed on a wooden base?It's not a problem, the fire pit can be placed on a wooden base.
How long will the unit burn with a full 20 lbs tank?Burn time is determined by the BTUs.
Can the flame be regulated?The flame can be regulated turning the knob.
How high is the flame?The flame height is determined by different BTUs.
Can you grill on a fire pit?The fire pit is not suitable for grilling or food. Dirt can affect the proper functioning of the fire pit.
Can you use regular firewood for the fire pit?You should not use normal firewood, as the fire pit will be soiled by the ash. Under Accessories you will find our range of ceramic firewood that is suitable for this.
What is the overhead clearance minimum? Can it be used under an umbrella?The overhead clearance requirement is 72" above the height of the table top. The umbrella would need to be 6' taller than the table.
It shows the burner, can that all be cover with extra lave rock?No, the appropriate amount of lave rock is sent with this unit. You cannot use extra lave rock to gain more burner coverage. Doing this can cause the burner to soot and reduce flame height as well as cover the igniter causing the fire pit not to light.

Koorui 34E6UC (34" 3440×1440, 180 Hz, 1000R curved VA panel) — But Missing Info Buyers Should Know

Review:
I purchased two of the Koorui 34‑inch curved ultrawide monitors for a dual‑monitor setup, and so far I’m very pleased with them. The picture quality is sharp, the brightness is solid, and the “Normal” color preset looks natural without any adjustments. For the price, these 34‑inch panels deliver very good performance.
That said, there are a few important details the product listing and reviews don’t mention — and knowing them ahead of time would have saved me some stress during installation.
1. YES, the 34‑inch model DOES include stand‑offs (spacers)
This is not mentioned anywhere in the listing, and even Amazon’s Rufus incorrectly says they are *not* included. They actually come in the small accessory packet with the manual.
If you’re mounting these monitors, you will need those stand‑offs because of the recessed VESA pattern. They are already in the box — just not advertised. I rushed to order a separate spacer kit because the listing didn’t mention it, so I’m putting this here to help the next person avoid that.
2. One of my monitors flashed briefly until I disabled FreeSync
On one of the two monitors, I noticed a quick bright “flash” when moving the mouse. Turning off Adaptive Sync / FreeSync in the monitor’s menu fixed it instantly. The other monitor didn’t have this issue, so it seems to vary by panel.
Not a defect — just something to be aware of if you see flicker or brightness pops.
3. Color and brightness match well once set manually
After setting both monitors to the same brightness, contrast, and color mode, they match very well side‑by‑side. The “Normal” color preset looks the most accurate on these VA panels.
4. Build quality and packaging are solid
Both monitors arrived well‑protected, and the included cables work fine. The stand is basic, but I’m using monitor arms, so that wasn’t a factor for me.
5. Too early to comment on long‑term support or durability
I’ve only had these monitors set up for a few hours, so I can’t speak yet to long‑term reliability or how responsive Koorui’s support is. I’ll update this review if anything changes over time.
Bottom line:
These 34‑inch Koorui ultrawides are excellent for the price, especially for gaming or a dual‑monitor setup. Just be aware that:
- Stand‑offs ARE included (despite the listing not saying so)
- FreeSync may need to be turned off on some units
- Picture quality is great once you match settings manually
- Long‑term support is still unknown
If the listing had mentioned the included spacers, it would have saved me a last‑minute order — so I hope this review helps the next person.

Awesome monitor! (my 3 year review)
So I've owned this monitor for about 3 years now and here's what I have to say about this monitor. The picture quality is actually really good. I got the 1080p version and I mostly use it with my Xbox series x and occasionally will use it for some lighter gaming on my gaming PC both work effortlessly well. The screen size is okay I think next time if it's in the budget I'll buy there 34 inch curved monitor. But for right now I'm sticking with this monitor until it dies and so far it's running strong 3 years later. Right now this monitor cost $80 which is an absolute steal at that price. I paid $130 for it and would say it's absolutely worth getting. There's no flickering. The setup process went smoothly. It's compatible with both my console and gaming PC! I absolutely love this monitor! I don't own the 27 inch version but I'd recommend going with either that size or bigger if you can afford it.
