Fast forward to the recent past, and I walk into the shop (maybe from taking David lunch? I can't remember) to find Mom having added cheetah print ears (SO SOFT), purple wings, ringed eyes, and a puppy dog tail to the poor random cow spider

Fussy is yet another of Mom's "Spiders turned Abomination." We cut a spider out of this cow print velboa fabric well over a year ago, but never quite finished it as we weren't terribly happy with the feel. Fast forward to the recent past, and I walk into the shop (maybe from taking David lunch? I can't remember) to find Mom having added cheetah print ears (SO SOFT), purple wings, ringed eyes, and a puppy dog tail to the poor random cow spider that had been languishing on my shelf forever. She also had a muzzle that I had cut out for a moose project, but never used because it was too big for my purposes. Obviously, a snaggle tooth was required as the cherry on top. And, of course, once she had Fussy stuffed, she made me sew the muzzle on, and that was quickly followed by her hair, which is totally not a toupee, even though it looks like one. 😬😁 This is all to say that Fussy is beautiful, 'cause Mom said so, and wonderful, and she would love to be your new best bud. 🥰
Fussy is a Middlin' Abomination, which means she is an individual who will not be replicated. She is also weighted with glass beads and stuffed with polyester fiberfill, so that is good!
