These pickle jars were apparently such a success with housewives of the day that Northwood began producing a line of products including powder jars, bottles, bowls, plates, lamps, and other small pieces. Indiana Glass Company, Dugan and others soon joined the new 'craze'. These products were produced in clear, amber, aqua, apple green, milk or camphor glass, and light purple (sun purpled) glass. Paint colors, originally bright and shiny, included reds, greens, gold, silver, oranges, yellows and blues.
