Dieses native Olivenöl extra begeistert mit einem intensiven, grünen Fruchtaroma. 

👉🏼 In der Nase und am Gaumen findet man Noten von Tomatenpflanze,  frisch geschnittenem Gras und grüner Mandelschale. 

Der Geschmack ist angenehm bitter und leicht scharf - typisch für hochwertige Picual Olivenöle. 

Die Olivenösorte Picual ist bekannt für ihren hohen Gehalt an Ölsäure (nicht zu verwechseln mit dem Säuregehalt!) und dadurch besonders hitzestabil. Perfekt also auch zum Braten geeignet.
