Kohlefaserwerkstoffe zeichnen sich durch hohe Haltbarkeit und geringes Gewicht aus. Kohlenstoff wird sehr oft im Motorsport verwendet, insbesondere in der Fahrzeug-Aerodynamik. Verschiedene Arten von Spoilern, Diffusoren, Splittern und Klappen werden oft aus Kohlenstoff hergestellt.

In unserer Carbon Division - einer Produktionsabteilung, die auf die Arbeit mit Kohlenstoff spezialisiert ist - werden die von uns angebotenen Elemente hergestellt, einschließlich des Carbon-Sets für die BMW M3 G80 Limousine.

Das Carbon-Set senkt die Karosserie ab. Dadurch wird der Luftdurchlassraum an der Vorderseite unter dem Auto um 2 Zentimeter reduziert. Alle Elemente sind mit Montagelöchern ausgestattet. Diese Löcher ermöglichen es, die Struktur des Elements nicht zu beeinträchtigen und somit seine Festigkeit nicht zu verringern.

Alle Elemente des Sets wurden in Polen hergestellt. Sie wurden durch Thermodruckverarbeitung hergestellt. Kohlefaser wird bei hoher Temperatur und Druck gehärtet. Zu diesem Zweck wird ein Autoklav verwendet. Dies ist die modernste Methode der Kohlenstoffproduktion und garantiert ausgezeichnete Ergebnisse - sowohl in Bezug auf die Festigkeit als auch auf die optischen Eigenschaften.

Wir versenden Kohlenstoffprodukte ordnungsgemäß gesichert - neben der regulären Folie, die das Bauteil vor Kratzern schützt, verwenden wir auch eine große Menge Luftpolsterfolie und eine Schutzmatte, die das Produkt während des Transports vor Stößen und Vibrationen schützen.
