Bei diesem Herstellungsprozess handelt es sich ebenfalls um Jahrhunderte alte nomadische Tradition. Nomaden haben die fertig gewebten Teppiche nicht nur als Bodendekoration verwendet, sondern unter anderem auch als Wanddekoration oder als Material, um Zelte anzufertigen. Spezielle Verarbeitungsweisen und natürliche, aus Pflanzen gewonnene Farben verleihen Kelims einen einzigartigen Look.
