Geschmacksnoten: Granatrote Farbe, vollmundiger Wein, tolle Struktur und Finesse. Typische Noten von reifen Früchten, Rosinen, Kirschen und Gewürzen. Am Gaumen samtig, hat er einen anhaltenden Abgang, der seine Eleganz betont.


Serviertemperatur: 16 - 18 °C


Reifung: Der Wein reift über einen langen Zeitraum, der sich in eine erste Phase in Barriques für drei bis vier Jahre. Nach der Flaschenabfüllung ruht der Amarone für eine weitere Veredelung von ca. 9 Monaten in der Flasche.


Verfahren: Dieser Wein stammt aus einem besonderen Weinberg, einem alten Mergelsteinbruch auf 450m Seehöhe, den wir zur Kultivierung der Rebe umfunktioniert haben. Die Gärung findet in Stahltanks statt und dauert etwa einen Monat.


Produktionsmenge:


Erntezeit: Von Hand ab Ende September. Nur die zur Perfektion gereiften Trauben werden ausgewählt und in 3-5-kg-Kisten gesammelt, um etwa 90 Tage lang zu trocknen.


Säuregehalt: 6,45 gr/lt Zuccheri: 5,4 gr/lt So2: 70-75 mg/l

Perfect for offseason beach days
Winter in New England can be tough for a myriad of reasons, one being the difficulty in ensuring your high energy Labrador retriever is expelling enough energy and not climbing the walls. Luckily, this dreary time of year also means the beaches are open to dogs, and this toy is the perfect tool to make sure your furry friend gets their steps in.
