Der HiDrop erfüllt die Normen EN1078, ASTM F1952, ASTM F2032, CPSC, AS/NZ. Er wurde gemeinsam mit unseren Teamfahrern entwickelt und auf den härtesten Strecken der Welt getestet. Der Helm war bei der EWS, der Crankworx World Tour und im DH Worldcup im Einsatz.
Die ABS-Außenschale macht den Helm besonders schlagfest. Seine stoßabsorbierende Funktion wird durch den Kern aus EPS und EPP gesteigert.
Durch seine gute Belüftung behältst du einen kühlen Kopf und kannst dich voll auf dein Ziel konzentrieren.
Bei einem Crash löst sich der Break-Away-Visor vom Helm, damit der Kopf zum Schutz des Nackens nicht nach hinten geschleudert wird oder das Visier bricht.

  • Goggle-Halterung: definierter Bereich unter dem Schirm des Helms, um Goggles sicher zu fixieren, damit sie nicht verrutschen oder herunterfallen
  • Insektenschutznetz: hält Fliegen und Co. vom Kopf fern, ohne die Belüftung des Helms zu beeinträchtigen
  • Abreißschirm: hochwertiger Schirm zum Schutz vor Sonnenlicht und herabhängenden Ästen – dank spezieller Technologie kann er sich im Falle eines Sturzes lösen, um Belastungen auf den Nacken zu mindern
  • Rundumpolster: vollumschließende Innenpolsterung für zusätzlichen Schutz sowie einen komfortablen und festen Sitz des Fullface-Helms
  • Antibakterielles Wangenpolster: mittels Druckknöpfen fixierte Wangenpolster – für mehr Komfort, weniger Bakterien, einen zusätzlichen Schutz sowie einen festen Sitz des Fullface-Helms
  • Entnehmbare, waschbare Polster: können herausgenommen und per Hand gewaschen oder bei Bedarf ausgetauscht werden
  • Doppel-D-Verschluss: komfortable, breite Gurtbänder werden zum Verschließen durch zwei D-Ringe geführt und sind dadurch stufenlos und sehr präzise einstellbar – äußerst zuverlässiger Halt auch bei starken Erschütterungen
  • Hartschalenanwendung: Produktionsverfahren, bei dem die äußere, spritzgegossene Schale aus hartem Kunststoff über den stoßabsorbierenden Hartschaum gelegt wird und dadurch für besondere Robustheit und Schutz sorgt

A familiar story, just with…..less.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
