Der neue serano7 liefert durch seine schräg gestellte Vollmetallausführung hervorragende Schneidergebnisse bei dünnen Scheiben aber natürlich auch bei allen übrigen Schneidprodukten wie Brot oder Gemüse. Das Gerät ist mit einem 17 cm Ø Wellenschliffmesser ausgestattet, das großflächig abgedeckt ist und wird mit einem 130 Watt starken Gleichstrommotor leise angetrieben. Ein Schinken- / Aufschnittmesser gehört zusätzlich zum Lieferumfang. Es können Scheiben von hauchdünn bis 23 mm geschnitten werden.
