Die Yu-Serie soll das Konzept ´´Guided by heart´´ vermitteln. Sie verbindet traditionelle Handwerkskunst mit moderner Ästhetik. Das Design der Serie besticht durch Schlichtheit und Eleganz und schafft eine einzigartige Espresso-Ästhetik.

Das Leveling Tool ermöglicht eine gleichmässigere Verteilung des Kaffeepulvers. Ausserdem kann es den Kanaleffekt verringern und die Extraktionsqualität verbessern, was zu einem effizienteren Arbeiten und einem perfekten Kaffee führt.

Die Höhe des Leveling Tools kann durch Drehen des Griffs stufenlos eingestellt werden (minimale Tiefe 3 mm, maximale Tiefe 12 mm). Der eingebaute Machanismus ermöglicht eine sehr feine Einstellung, Referenzlinien sind ebenfalls eingraviert. Es wird empfohlen, die Höhe des Tools an die Menge des Kaffeepulvers anzupassen, um eine möglichst glatte Oberfläche zu erhalten.
Während der Einstellung des Sockels senkt sich die Nabe langsam ab und erzeugt so einen optisch ansprechenden Tiefeneindruck.

Dieses Leveling Tool passt perfekt auf 58 mm Siebträger.
Durch wiederholte Tests hat MHW 3Bomber festgestellt, dass 58,35 mm die perfekte Größe für Leveling Tools und Tamper ist. Diese passen genau in 58 mm Siebträger und reduzieren die Verschwendung von Kaffeepulver.

Das gesamte Leveling Tool besteht aus hochwertigen Materialien. Das Leveling Tool besteht aus einer Aluminiumlegierung und die Basis aus rostfreiem Stahl (SUS304). Der Griff ist mit einem Silikonring für besseren Halt ummantelt und die Basis hat vier Ruder für eine sehr gleichmässige Verteilung.
Die bionische Kleeblattbasis sorgt für eine effiziente und gleichmässige Verteilung des Kaffeepulvers und reduziert die Kaffeepulverrückstände auf dem Leveling Tool.
