An original and versatile fitness water bag for exercising the whole body (core, legs, arms, etc.) through practicing strength and balance exercises. The inflatable, portable, compact and lightweight design makes it easy to transport and store. When deflated, it can be folded so that it takes up the minimum amount of storage space. It is also very easy to use, it comes with user instructions and an exercise guide. In addition, it has a manual foot pump to make it easier to inflate.
