The REEF LX sump system combines smart design with powerful functionality. A convertible filter sock chamber supports both traditional and roller filtration, complemented by a refugium for nutrient export and an external ATO for consistent stability.

Removable Sock Filtration
The REEF LX sump is designed with two oversized 7-inch filter socks for powerful mechanical filtration. When your system demands even greater efficiency, simply remove the socks and upgrade seamlessly to a filter roller system—giving you total control over how you filter your reef.
Skimmer Chamber
The generously sized skimmer chamber is built to accommodate a wide range of today’s most popular protein skimmers and media reactors. No compromises—just the freedom to select the gear that works best for your reef’s needs.
External RO Reservoir
Paired with an ATO (Auto Top-Off) system, the external RO reservoir provides a steady supply of freshwater, maintaining consistent water levels and improving long-term stability. That means less maintenance and more time enjoying your thriving reef.

Starter solenoid
Ford starter solenoids are junk. Kept wedling the contacts shut despite new 4 gauge starter wire and 0 gauge grounds.
Swapped the solenoid with ine if these. No problems.
