Tasting Notes:

  • Nase: In der Nase zeigen sich reife Gartenfrüchte, die von sanftem Rauch eingehüllt werden und von cremigem Toffee begleitet sind.
  • Gaumen: Am Gaumen wirkt der Whisky weich und sanft, wobei würziger Rauch zu Vanille, grünen Äpfeln und frischem Gebäck führt. Dahinter finden sich tropische Früchte, Zitruszesten und Walnüsse.

Reason I say that is I stacked one of the pots within one of the larger pots for storage and notice that by doing that it had scratched part of the surface off of one of the pans.
