Carnac ist ein abstraktes Zweipersonen-Brettspiel des Verlags HUCH! & friends, das strategisches Denken und taktisches Geschick in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Ziel dieses Gesellschaftsspiels ist es, auf einem variabel wählbaren Spielbrett sogenannte Dolmen zu bilden – zusammenhängende Gruppen von Steinen in der eigenen Farbe. Dabei nutzen die Spieler einen gemeinsamen Vorrat an Megalith-Steinen, die abwechselnd auf das Spielfeld gesetzt werden.

Ungewöhnlich an Carnac ist die Mechanik des Kippens: Nach dem Setzen eines Steins kann der Gegner diesen umkippen und selbst einen Stein platzieren. Dieses Wechselspiel aus Platzierung und Kontrolle verleiht dem Spiel eine hohe strategische Tiefe ohne zufällige Elemente. Die Variante von Spielplänen in verschiedenen Größen sorgt für Abwechslung und erhöht den Wiederspielreiz.

Das Spiel endet, wenn keine Steine mehr gesetzt werden können. Gewonnen hat der Spieler mit den meisten Dolmen, bei Gleichstand entscheidet die Größe der größten Dolmen. Carnac bietet schnelle, taktische Runden und ist ideal für Spieler, die auf einen anspruchsvollen Spieleabend zu zweit Wert legen.
