Die „LK-003 Engineer Boots“ von John Lofgren basieren auf einem umfangreichen Archiv originaler Engineer Boots aus den 1930er bis 1950er Jahren. Kein einzelnes Vorbild, sondern eine Verdichtung historischer Modelle zu einer eigenen Interpretation.

Gefertigt in Japan mit starkem Fokus auf handwerkliche Verarbeitung. Vom Zuschnitt bis zur Montage entsteht ein Aufbau, der auf Zeit und Präzision ausgelegt ist.

Verwendet wird pflanzlich gegerbtes Full Grain Leder. Anfangs fest und kompakt, entwickelt es mit dem Tragen Struktur und Tiefe. Falten, Glanzstellen und dunklere Zonen entstehen direkt im Material.
