Der Brother Kappenrahmen PRCF5 ist ein neu entwickelter, zum Patent angemeldeter Stickrahmen für das professionelle Besticken von Kappen. Durch das spezielle „kratzfreie“ Design können auch Kappen mit flachem Schirm sicher eingespannt und bestickt werden, ohne die Oberfläche zu beschädigen.

Mit einer Stickfläche von 130 x 60 mm eignet sich der Rahmen ideal für Logos, Schriftzüge und kleine Motive auf der Vorderseite von Caps. Die Konstruktion ermöglicht es, je nach Kappenart bis zu 35 % näher am Rand zu sticken (ca. 6–10 mm), wodurch Motive näher an der Kappenkante platziert werden können.

Ein weiterer Vorteil ist das einfache und schnelle Einspannen der Kappen. Gleichzeitig bleibt die natürliche Wölbung des Kappenschirms erhalten, sodass sich die Form der Kappe nach dem Entfernen aus dem Rahmen nicht verzieht.
