Gemüse, Fisch oder Fleisch können schonend im Saga-Pergament gedämpft oder im Wasserbad gegart werden, so dass alle Vitamine, Mineralstoffe und Aromen erhalten bleiben. Es kann zum Auslegen von Auflaufformen genutzt werden, wodurch sich der Spülbedarf verringert, und ist auch zum Einfrieren von Speisen sehr gut geeignet. Jarvis pocket companion

got it for nursing school at UT Tyler. Love it as it's a great little resource to haul around everywhere which has a significant amount of great information which is needed for my classes and clinicals. Highly recommend it but due note that the 8th edition contains the same information merely a few pages are numbered differently and that older edition was nearly $30 less in price. Just an FYI if looking to save a few bucks...
