Herkunft & Vinifikation – Seckinger Riesling aus dem Herrgottsacker

Die Lage Deidesheimer Herrgottsacker zählt zu den größten und vielfältigsten Einzellagen der Region. Unterschiedliche Mikroklimata und Böden sorgen für ein spannendes Zusammenspiel aus Frische und Reife:

Die waldnahen Parzellen liefern kühle, säurebetonte und frische Trauben, während die sonnenexponierten Bereiche auf gelbem und rotem Buntsandstein für Reife, Struktur und Tiefe sorgen.

Die Trauben werden direkt gepresst, spontan vergoren und im Stück- sowie Doppelstückfass ausgebaut. So entsteht ein Riesling aus der Pfalz, der Balance, Saftigkeit und Struktur vereint.

It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.
